Das Programm ISE-FiT-Nordwest  "Internationaler Studienerfolg und Employability (ISE) – Förderung internationaler Talente (FiT) für die Zukunft im Nordwesten“ soll internationale Studierende auf ein Studium der MINT-Studiengänge der Hochschule Emden/Leer vorbereiten und entlang des Student-Life-Cycle durch das Studium zum erfolgreichen Abschluss führen sowie den Übergang zwischen Studium und Berufseintritt in den regionalen Arbeitsmarkt begleiten.

Das Programm zielt darauf ab, eine Brücke zwischen Bildung und Beschäftigung zu schlagen und langfristige berufliche Perspektiven für internationale Studierende in der Region Nordwest zu schaffen. Hierbei sollen Synergien auf Basis bestehender erfolgreicher Kooperationen zwischen Einrichtungen der Hochschule mit den regionalen arbeitsmarktrelevanten Akteuren  genutzt werden.

ISE-FiT-Nordwest stellt einen Chancenpool sowohl für internationale Studierende als auch für den regionalen Arbeitsmarkt dar.

The ISE-FiT-Northwest program "International Student Success and Employability (ISE) - Promoting International Talent (FiT) for the Future in the Northwest" aims to prepare international students for studying STEM courses at Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences and guide them through the student life cycle to successful graduation, as well as support the transition between studying and entering the regional job market.

The program aims to build a bridge between education and employment and to create long-term career prospects for international students in the Northwest region. Synergies are to be exploited on the basis of existing successful cooperation between university institutions and regional players relevant to the labor market.

ISE-FiT-Nordwest represents a pool of opportunities both for international students and for the regional labor market.
